If you don’t already do this, try eating a piece of fruit and one veg with every meal.

If vegetables freak you out at breakfast, have a glass of juice instead. It isn’t a lot to ask, but it is surprising how many people don’t eat their five a day. Filling up on fruit and veg will satisfy your sweet tooth, up your fiber and energy levels, and keep you full for longer too. Many brides- to- be have lost pounds this way too!
